Why do I need to have a new patient exam?

To be more thorough.  We need to gather and analyze data on your dentition and discuss it with you.  We would rather treat a problem at its source than give you a patch solution.  Good dentistry relies on careful analysis of the entire mouth, and good solutions are necessarily tailored to the patient’s specific needs.  The solution to problems varies from patient to patient and the better we know you and your needs, the more we can solve concerns specifically for you.

Do Returning Patients need to complete any forms?

If you haven't filled out a Patient Information and Health History Update recently, please take the time to do so now.
It is a one-page form that allows us to stay current with your health and well-being, and to adjust your treatment plan to accommodate any changes that have occurred.  Otherwise, all you need to do is come in and see us!
